Urumqi Petrochemical Complex background, to equipment engineering theories and methods as the theoretical basis , and in accordance with the development of computer technology and computer network technology , and research and development equipment asset management ( Enterprise Asset Management EAM ) system . This set of EAM is a computerized device asset management and maintenance systems, equipment assets as an important resource management, through a computer system to control the entire process of the equipment asset management , real-time transfer affecting production equipment operation and maintenance information , and ultimately to improve equipment operating efficiency and reduce costs . The development of this system technology system based on Java software platform , and to develop a system should include the main features and the use of technology systems , equipment asset management system, system technology system . Equipment asset management system established ten subsystems ( function module) , each subsystem ( function module) is divided into three levels . In the positioning of the technical system of the system , the use of B / S technology system on behalf of the international advanced level . System uses the Struts framework , MVC principle to build software, the system received a number of excellent performance , overall system performance is improved maintainability of the system , scalability , can support a large amount of data access and to ensure the transmission security, good openness and potential customers to develop requirements . System safety management system-level security , database system -level security protection and system-level rights management , through the three levels of security protection , the operation of the system has a high level of security , while making the system privileges management more flexible and convenient.
