Benxi Iron & Steel cold-rolled sheet plant is located in northern China which is an important structural carbon steel plate production base, increasing competition in the market today, we must be market-oriented to user needs as the starting point to the quality of products for the footing, and continuously developed to meet the needs of the market of new products in order to meet market competition and keep us in an invincible position. from 90’s of last century end to at present, cold-rolled plant developed by the general structure with carbon steel, and the general use of the structure of carbon steel has been used to stabilize production. And its excellent product quality and accurate product positioning will soon open up the market, production and increasing the quality of products, and products are mainly used in construction, mechanical and electrical industries.The structure of carbon steel products used ST37 Series annealing process system using the original Q235 annealing process, it is already running more than two years, more stable chemical composition control, the former process technology system so mature,technology system implementation is also stabilizing. Through over the past year ST37 products on the composition and performance of a detailed analysis of the surface, as well as the user’s of contract requirements, ST37 series annealing process system also can optimize the process, and further enhance the production efficiency and product quality. Thus, the thesis work of summing up past experience, based on the theoretical analysis of data as the basis, ST37.0 samples, focusing on the hood-type annealing furnace annealing process following the system and the formation of an extension of the rate of improvement and optimization, and through the final Performance testing to optimize the results.
