Servo motor is itself has certain nonlinear, strong coupling timely modified system, at the same time servo object also has strong uncertainty and nonlinear system is running, and by different degree of interference, so according to the conventional control strategy is difficult to meet the high performance servo system control requirements. In this paper the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on the analysis of the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control principle and characteristics, based on the selected I d = 0 rotor field oriented control scheme based on vector control, establish the three closed loop control of servo control system, the implementation of the scheme was designed based on fuzzy PI control of intelligent controller, and designed a DSP TMS320 F2812 is the core of the permanent magnet synchronous motor servo drive controller hardware and part of the design of software block diagram. Application of matlab/Simulink completed the servo control system modeling and simulation. The simulation results show that based on the fuzzy PI control of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo control system, and improve the performance of the controller, can completely meet the high performance servo control system of the basic requirements.
