The instability of business environment leads to the special importance of flexible work system in corporate human resources management. In the knowledge economy, companies are under enormous competitive pressure. In order to obtain sustainable development, the key is to improve productivity and reduce costs. So it becomes particularly important to make use of a variety of flexible work system to reduce labor costs and make the largest business performance.This research mainly through reading research literature and questionnaire methods to explore the best flexible working strategy and performance appraisal system for the CKE in Shanghai.Paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, describes the background and significance, the concept of flexible working system, the key issues to be solved, and the framework. The second chapter is literature review. The third chapter is a basic overview of CKE in Shanghai. After introducing the basic situation, the company’s opportunities and challenges are analyzed by SWOT method. ChapterⅣis about feasibility analysis of flexible working system in CKE. After analyzing the necessary conditions and qualifications of CKE in Shanghai, corresponding flexible working strategies to different categories of jobs are discussed; finally get the conclusion about feasibility analysis of flexible working system in CKE. ChapterⅤis about the implement suggestion of flexible working system in CKE. Present the process steps and announcements of flexible working system in CKE. Finally the performance appraisal system is designed from the assessment of the subject, model, cycle, indicators and weights. ChapterⅦis conclusion and future research directions of this study.
