Cities tend to be a national or regional core of economic development , urbanization trends so that the same possibility of heavy rains and floods and flood damage are greatly improved, more serious flood threat . Urban flood control security is related to the overall situation of social stability and economic development , improve the flood control system is the basic guarantee for sustainable urban development . Acceleration of the process of urban development on urban flood put forward higher requirements, therefore, for urban flood control planning is necessary . In this paper, the research background Lujiang county , according to the natural geography of Lujiang , socio-economic conditions , flooding conditions and urban development planning for urban flood and waterlogging control status and deficiencies , a comprehensive analysis of measures put forward feasible engineering and non-engineering measures to improve flood control and drainage standards . The main contents are: flood control engineering measures , waterlogging engineering measures , non-engineering measures planning studies . Lujiang county flood control planning, implementation, can improve the city's flood control and drainage capacity and to ensure the sustainable development of urban economy and people's lives and property safety, but also will improve the urban water environment along the river , there is a significant flood control benefits , environmental and social benefits .
