A Research on Interactive Teaching in Biology for Senior High Students

With the development of the new curriculum reform, the open and interactive teaching method and cooperative learning have received widespread concern. Criteria of the new curriculum emphasize that teaching is the process of interaction between teachers and students, during which they communicate and improve altogether. In biology teaching, interactive teaching creates a platform for them to converse and exchange their views in an equal and free way so as to build a positive and harmonious relationship between them which is an effective and practical means to fulfill the reform of the biology curriculum reform. Therefore, to study the interactive teaching methods, based on the cases of probing teaching mode, does have a model influence and practical significance, which can be applied to similar themes especially the latter one.This thesis adopts the method of Documentary Analysis,and empirical study, and takes probing teaching mode as an example, to analyze and study the interactive teaching of senior high biology. This thesis introduces the current condition of domestic and foreign research, meanwhile, it identifies defines relevant concepts. By gathering and accumulating some questionnaires, interviews with teachers, and observations in classes, I have a thorough understanding of the current situation of biology teaching in senior high schools. After analyzing the defections or problems which still exist in teaching, I present corresponding measures based on the characteristics of biology in senior high school, which is aimed to create an interactive and cooperative atmosphere so as to further enhance the effectiveness of biology teaching.I spare no effort to do the research and develop the thesis, but due to the limited time, it’s hard to avoid any error in this thesis. We still have a long way to walk in the field.
