Study on Triterpenes of Euonymus Alatus and Their Cytotoxic Activity

Celastraceae because of its rich variety of triterpenoids , as well as a variety of biologically active anti-tumor activity mainly in recent years , has served as a hot research object attract scientists to a wide range of research , chemical composition and biological activity of these plants at home and abroad triterpenoids many reports , particularly in recent years from the discovery of novel compounds of many biologically active structure . Genus Euonymus (Euonymus alatus (Thunb.) Sieb) in order to find the cytotoxic activity of triterpenoids Celastraceae the experimental Celastraceae Euonymus (Celastraceae) root bark of the ethyl acetate extract by silica gel column chromatographic separation , Sephadex LH-20 column purification, the final 11 of the monomer compound . Including compounds 1,2,3,5,11 manager of Nature , spectroscopic identification (MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and DEPT) , as well as with standard compounds were used to identify the structure of 30 - hydroxy-3 - cork one ( 1 ) , triptolide a (2) , 29 - hydroxy - 3 - friedelin (3) , the cork ketone ( 5 ) , of β- sitosterol or alcohol (11). Compounds 1,3 were isolated from this plant for the first time . Using the MTT assay on the compound 1,3,5,7,8 cytotoxic activity test results showed that , with a moderate inhibitory effect of compound 1 on breast duct cancer cells (MDA-MB-435) , when the concentration of 10μg/mL , the inhibition rate of 57.38% .
