With the rapid development of Internet, the use of network information technology to achieve national economic and social information is the key strategy of our country through science and education. With the scale of development of higher vocational education continues to expand, develop diverse ways, Educational Administration doubled the amount of information and workload; With the deepening of China’s educational reform, curriculum development to keep the depth and breadth of the teaching system Gradually transition from the school system to a Credit. Previous academic management system has been increasingly unable to meet the modern needs of Educational Administration. To meet the needs of the development of teaching, combined with the actual situation of the school has developed a functional and practical, technologically advanced features of the Educational Credit Management System.According to the concrete circumstance of our college,this thesis mainly analyzes the implementation plan of an educational administration system,which is based on the .NET framework. It is a subsystem of the general college management systems. With the distributed Browser/Server three-tier architecture; we have implemented the main functions of educational administration management system including the management of educational administration information, the management of score, information search, and the management of Scholarship etc.This thesis focuses on College Teaching Management System project implement -tation. Firstly, systematic exposition of the system involved in technical knowledge, domain knowledge of educational administration. Secondly, it analyzes this system in the term of business process,function description,data flow and data dictionary. Thirdly, it designs the system from these aspects--logical model of database,software structure,module processing description and interface design. Finally,there is a conclusion and outlook for this system’s further improvement.
