November 2003 , Shanxi Normal School Board of Education revoked the establishment , required by the three Normal Normal School Teachers transition to two , and its purpose is to adjust the layout of the normal school structure to adapt to the development . In the current National Normal School was upgraded in the context of Shanxi after upgrading secondary teacher education research , revealing its problems , cause of the problem , explore solutions to this problem is important. This study found that the problems are: State and Government on the development of secondary teacher education policy is unknown, ineffective initiatives , curriculum objectives vague, confusing course structure , curriculum research missing, teachers lagged behind students in crisis, the employment situation is grim , school management lag , the higher the financial allocation is inadequate. This paper presents a solution to the current problems of Shanxi Normal School education related countermeasures : refinement normal school policy , to be upgraded to normal school accomplishing the training of future primary school teachers in educational institutions ; combined with the actual situation , the scientific treatment programs ; strengthen the construction of teachers , improving teachers' overall quality ; provide appropriate incentives to reverse the teachers and students in the source , the employment crisis ; deepen the school system, and strive to improve the quality of teaching ; Normal School to increase investment in education to ensure the development of the basic education requirements. Firstly, from the following areas: curriculum, teaching facilities , teaching status , quality of students, school management, funding compared before and after the normal school education status was upgraded to figure out , after upgrading the status of Shanxi Normal School . Second, from the current situation reveals problems after upgrading Normal School , and its causes are analyzed. Finally , Shanxi Normal School after upgrading the existing problems , put forward the countermeasures .
