With the deepening of RFID applications, RFID applications increasingly large enterprise applications of RFID middleware are increasingly high requirements. Because RFID reader features, resulting in an inevitable RFID data stream there is leakage read, read, read dirty data, middleware needed for these inaccurate data cleaning, to enterprise applications to provide reliable data. As RFID applications become more complex scenes by way of custom components is not enough to deal with complex situations, which requires middleware provides a more flexible way to generate complex events with logic. Therefore, RFID data cleaning and complex event detection in RFID technology is needed to solve the key technology. In this paper, RFID data cleaning and event detection techniques in-depth analysis and research for RFID data problems, propose a model for RFID data cleaning PDC (Pipelined Data Cleaning), the model is divided into a total of five levels: Verification, Smooth, Unique, Merge, Semantic, respectively, for each level of accuracy of the data, the leakage read, read, read and semantic analysis of the dirty deal, and at each level raised a number of different complexity and accuracy of the cleaning algorithm to adapt to different circumstances apply. For event detection, the paper first RFID event-oriented complex event processing system SASE conducted in-depth analysis and study of the system proposed optimization strategy for timestamp disorder problems of the system has been improved, extended the system, increasing the aggregate predicates, grouping clauses, return clause. Finally, reconfigurable RFID middleware architecture, design and implementation of an architecture for RFID data processing. Using component-based design approach will be based on the extended SASE complex event processor as the core component of the design and implementation of a data cleansing model PDC in all the data processor and the data processor configuration and build management module. This paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics and problems of RFID data, as well as data processing and event detection RFID research status and major companies in the RFID data processing solutions; article then presents the RFID data cleaning cleaning algorithm to achieve improved SASE The event detection system; Finally, our RFID data processing component architecture and implementation.
