Attractive in industrial control applications with the development of wireless network technology , wireless communication is growing , while most of the current CNC machine shop equipment interconnect wired network demand continues to increase , the CNC machine tools in the workshop the line will be more complex , If you are still using a wired connection , will obviously limit its development . To solve this problem , while at the same time facilitate the installation and adjustment of various equipment , decided to adopt wireless transmission . The purpose of this research is to provide a good reference designs for wireless monitoring systems . In this paper, the design of wireless monitoring adapter hardware design as well as the corresponding TDMA air interface protocol , combined with the large number of experiments based on reference scenario given to solve the problem . The content of this study include the following aspects : ( 1 ) the adapter hardware , and CNC machine tools interface design . ( 2 ) study the 2.4G ISM band interference , through the design of adaptive frequency hopping to improve the anti-jamming performance to meet system requirements . (3 ) the CSMA_CA mechanisms to further improve the anti-jamming performance , solve the system access control problem . (4) with a time slot , the the beacon location registration mechanism to achieve network synchronization . The conclusions in this article by the large number of experimentally derived reflect the characteristics of the practical application of the system , and provide a reference for the further development and application ; adaptive frequency hopping and power control , as well as slot division method for improving the system of anti-jamming capability and speed up the synchronization the performance has a certain reference value .
