ATC based on J2EE Project Management System Design and Implementation

With the rapid development of China’s civil aviation transportation industry, Civil Aviation ATC as important component, has entered the system upgrade, new technology high speed development period. Especially with the airport expansion, the construction of Area control center、ADS-B route, area navigation, small airport construction, a large number of projects in construction, these projects are large-scale construction projects, usually large investment, long cycle, application technology, produce complex engineering information content is big and complicated, therefore, how to make full use of engineering project construction information, timely, accurate delivery of project implementation, for the project construction supervision and management to provide the basis for the construction of the project, means, and preserving the integrity of the building materials, it is a problem to be resolved.The article is aimed at our country ATC construction project characteristics and management situation, combined with the implementation of Southwest ATMB’S CPMS, discusses the advanced project management idea, on this foundation, built for CPMS’s technical architecture, finally realize CPMS’s system design and development.The main contents of this paper include:1.In-depth analysis of China’s project management characteristics, study advanced project management in information system.2.combining J2EE technology, describes the J2EE architecture in CPMS application.3.The realization of software system. Introduction the design and key technologies of CPMS. Finally introduced the system man-machine interface and implementation results.
