High dynamic environment , the communication signal the existence of a large Doppler shift and Doppler shift rate of change, has been challenging problems is the field of communications . In this paper, based on the study of high dynamic and time-division multiple access communication , focusing on multi-user access high dynamic communication environment program and signal carrier estimation and tracking . The main work of the paper is as follows : on the basis of high dynamic environment , a suitable environment of high dynamic TDMA multi-user access solutions , and focus on analysis of the frame structure . Study under high dynamic carrier tracking program , designed a carrier is estimated based on the spectral symmetry and combined with Costas loop carrier tracking program and simulation in the MATLAB environment , the results show that the program can be quickly and accurately the realization of the high dynamic signal of the carrier tracking. Complete the of TDMA baseband transmit programs end module FPGA design .
