With the opening and reform 30 years of progress, more and more foreign companies to come to China to do a business investment. There were more and more Chinese enterprises to go out in the outside the open entity enterprise. How to manage different regions, different cultural organization and personnel has become a problem for the business enterprise growth, cross-cultural management will become a required course of the multinational company. This Paper chooses ZD company as study subject which is a sino-japanese joint venture enterprise. There are many similar in the enterprise culture construction for two countries, but the difference of cultural conflict influence enterprise’s sustainable development because of their respective culture differences in the ZD company. This paper first is reference for the research results of the predecessors, and theoretically we can come out this point that is definition of culture from the logic starting point of cross-cultural management and cultural characteristics and so on. It shown normal distribution for Enterprise culture, analyzes the level of culture, and cultures on the characteristics. It can explain the relationship of the culture, corporate culture and management. The paper is study for cross-cultural management of cross-cultural cognitive in the globalization of business, cross-cultural conflict, cross-cultural fusion, cross-cultural communication. When produced cross-cultural conflict, we can use ways of tolerant administration to overcome it. Composition of cross-cultural team was built to management corresponding cross-cultural. Study the enterprise of their respective cultural characteristics, identify the enterprise culture, and the difference of the similarities between the enterprise culture. Scholars Hofstede give five cultural dimension: the individual socialist and collectivism, power distance, uncertainty avoidance, successful career and life quality, long-term orientation and short-term orientation on the sino-japanese enterprise in the values on the analysis of the differences. ZD company as a sino-japanese joint venture enterprise in China there are ten years of history, it often happen in the different behavior between two sides employees. After the interview of top management and questionnaire survey of enterprise staff carried on, in the ZD company it is exist cultural differences and the differences of the phenomenon which show mainly in the behavior, concept, management methods and management to the staff of the evaluation, salary system, communication and human resources, etc. This opinion was come out for situation and the question of cross-cultural ZD company, as well as it will convert the cultural differences between the enterprise internal resources to use; Establish an internal cross-cultural training system; To advocate and establish common ZD company "alloy culture" values; Establish a learning cross-cultural management team. Through these ways to use of cross-cultural advantage, eliminate cross-cultural disadvantages. The suggestion can be reference for development of company cross-cultural management aspects in order to achieve successful management of the employees, and for the company cross-cultural management aspects of the development of reference. It can make the enterprise development more smooth, more long-term.
