In the 1990s, Japan proposed the concept of the BRIC economic circle, does not hold that the substantial development of the United States, Europe, Japan, the BRIC countries is a possible rapid economic development of the region, BRIC in C that is China. In today's increasingly competitive market, the existence of these internal problem will be greatly restricted the development of the company. In such conditions, the development of a scientific and reasonable development planning, the objective requirements of market competition, Hitachi Industrial Equipment inevitable requirement of the existence and development of a decisive strategy to ensure the company in an invincible position in the fierce competition. In this paper, fully grasp and understand the modern strategic management, marketing management theory based on the combination of theoretical analysis and Hitachi Industrial Equipment Case approach, using a variety of strategic management tools, Hitachi Industrial Equipment actual situation, and make recommendations . The hope is to provide a reference for the same industries and companies. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly on the research background, objectives, significance, ideas and content. The second chapter summarizes the company where I am: Hitachi Industrial Equipment sales company and the parent company: Hitachi Group's strategic objectives. Chapter start from the status and trends of the macroeconomic environment and market development of Hitachi Industrial Equipment and Porter's five forces model analysis of the relevant market. Chapter analysis from the previous chapter, summed up the problems currently faced by Hitachi Industrial Equipment (China sales company), suggestions and views from the product line, the agent system construction and the company's internal staff building. Chapter V is a summary, and pointed out the limitations of this study may exist. Sales company as a development of the Japanese-funded enterprises in China, and how to adapt to the Chinese market, and how to improve the internal management, so as to seize the good opportunity for China's development, party foothold in the fierce market competition, solve its Development has theoretical and practical significance.
