Objective: To study temporomandibular joint snapping patients before treatment and after conservative treatment snapping disappeared articular disc position and its changes , to explore the relationship between the snapping position of the articular disc . Method: 1 . Study : Select temporomandibular joint temporomandibular joint of the 19 patients with a total of 27 side snapping Group A2 A1 group before treatment , 3 months after snapping disappeared after conservative treatment . Select volunteers without clinical symptoms of 10 side temporomandibular joint as a control group , B group . MRI : magnetic resonance instrument scan imaging , select the best scanning program has been established on the A1, A2 and B group temporomandibular joint cusp intercuspal position . Image analysis : oblique sagittal scan image relative condylar position of the temporomandibular joint disc quantitative analysis , measurement the TMJ condyle 12:00 perpendicular into perspective as the location of the articular disc , and record each group before the shift to the positive number and negative number . The 4 treatment method : Select the stomatognathic system functions DuanLianFa . Statistical analysis: three groups were compared articular disc position and variance analysis , shift the number of positive and negative numbers in the three groups were compared anterior disc and the chi-square test . Results: temporomandibular joint of the selected object of study are clear magnetic resonance image . A1 Group articular disc position analysis derived 32.6000 ± 9.93014, before the shift positive rate was 100 % ; A2 group articular disc position 20.5704 ± 7.56240 former shift positive rate was 92.6 % ; the B group meniscus positions for 8.8900 ± 6.04013, the front displacement positive rate was 30% . 1.A1 group and B group The results showed that the A1 group meniscus positions than in group B significantly moved forward, before the shift were significantly higher . 2.A2 group and B group The results showed that the group A2 articular disc position than in group B significantly moved forward, before the shift were significantly higher . The 3.A2 group and the comparison group A1 , results show that A2 group compared with the A1 group meniscus positions have obvious reply , but no significant decrease in anterior displacement positive rate . Conclusion: the temporomandibular joint snapping patients than those who are asymptomatic articular disc position significantly moved forward, before the shift were significantly higher . Significantly recover after conservative treatment snapping disappeared articular disc position than before treatment , but still significant compared with asymptomatic forward ; the former shift positive rate than before treatment had no significant decrease , but compared with the asymptomatic still significantly higher .
