Risk Analysis of Construction Engineering Supervision during Construction Project Performing

Based upon the theory of risk management and a detailed analysis of applications of the construction engineering supervision, an in-depth and systemic theory and methodology investigation is presented for risk management and its application in the construction engineering.This study identifies several major problems with risk management processing program such as risk identification, risk assessment and evaluation, risk countermeasure. These problems are corresponding the characteristics of construction objects. This study also evaluates the use of new models for analysis and application based on theory.Among the total, the major creative contributions and achievements are as follows:(1)Project risk management has been developed in recent years around worldwide, which is the major part of project management. As a major manager, construction engineering supervision is a person who should control and understand such that risk source, risk characteristics and risk rules. This person should manage the projects effectively during the projects are being processed.(2)Qualitative and quantitative analysis are used in risk analysis. Level analysis model and construction probability model are built which are useful for risk assessment and evaluation.(3)The risk countermeasures of Construction Supervision are presented for processing the construction project management.Results indicated that this study has introduced a reasonable and feasible systemic methodology for the potential risk analysis and process in the construction engineering supervision. It is useful for the risk management in the construction engineering supervision.
