As some important trade, Chained-Retailing provides all kinks of commodities. Traditionally, System for Chained-Retailing is a large-scale MIS which furnishes POS system on front counter and management system on background. However, a competition about Chained-Retailing is pricking up. Chained-Retailing is faced on opportunity and challenge. A new method on dealing with data from Chained-Retailing must be brought out.From 1990 on, with development of software and hardware, with researching on AI and Machine Study, data mining and data warehouse have being evolved. Specially, standard tools for data mining brought out, DSS based on DM and DW has being adopted by more and more enterprises.The paper tries to construct DSS for Chained-Retaining based on DW in CRM opinion. Listed below is main job.(1) Study actuality and frame of CRM for Chained-Retaining; put forward basic structure of DSS; and analyze principle and method of the main technologies for DSS: data mining and data warehouse.(2) Bring forward system frame of DSS based on DW; analyze and design data warehouse of customer information in Chained-Retaining.(3) Study two methods to association-rules: Apriori and FP-Growth. And adopt Analysis Services of SQL Server 2005, apply Apriori arithmetic to predict customer behavior.(4)Research on keystone of clustering analysis, and experiments are made on customer classification in Chained-Retailing adopting k-means.
