In this paper, two transformation formula of bilateral basic hy-pergeometric series is obtained by using Ramanujan’s 1Ψ1 summa-tion formula, quintuple product identity and contour integration, then some formula and equation of q-series, like Heine’s famous transfor-mation formula of 2φ1, Bailey’s transformation formula of 2Ψ2 and a q-analogue of Dougall’s 2H2-sum, are derived from one of the two formulas,and get 35 equal formula of the main formula through Heine 2φ1transformation formula.
