Objective concept Cha Xiwei to Secretary of sodium CPB cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) during plasma elastase (NE), urine concentration of C5b-9 the kidney morphology changes , explore its protective effect on the kidneys . 12 healthy adult dogs were randomly divided into control group ( group C , n = 6 ) and carbaryl Secretary sodium group (S , n = 6 ) , the establishment of a canine CPB model , the two groups were in transit (T1) , blocking the ascending aorta 15 min ( T2), 45 min (T3) , open 15 min (T4), open 60min (T5) venous blood , T1, T3 , T5 point in time to take urine . Venous blood after centrifugation measured plasma NE, urine measured C5b- 9 ; observe the morphological changes T5 when to take the right kidney slices . Results ① CPB , the two groups of animals at each time point plasma NE and urinary C5b-9 levels were significantly higher than before CPB . Point group comparison at each time point after the S group CPB plasma NE and urinary C5b-9 levels were lower than in group C ( P <0.05 ) . ② CPB after two groups of animals kidney pathomorphological change , but in varying degrees C group compared to the S group morphological changes to light . Conclusion CPB to apply Sivelestat urine sodium may reduce complement activation by inhibiting the activity of the NE C5b-9 concentration given protective effect on the kidneys in dogs CPB .
