Activity due to muscle loss caused the loss indicates that there will be more physical disability and mortality occur, and these in turn with the personal quality of life, social and health care needs of the poor. Sarcopenia-based serious threat, its depth of the molecular biological mechanisms and means of prevention is the focus of current research and hot. Sports is an integral part of the human health lifestyle, in the prevention and slow muscle aging process plays an important role in the movement especially regularity resistance exercise a certain extent, slow or even reverse the aging of muscles, delayed Sarcopenia further development and increase muscle size, strength and non-adipose tissue weight, muscle health promotion of the elderly. Although a variety of sports training on skeletal muscle effects of differences, but also unusual molecular mechanism of different sports on animal or human myogenic response and muscle hypertrophy capacity of cell signaling and muscle hypertrophy pathway changes and the degree of change is influenced by the movement patterns limited knowledge. This article by observing resistance exercise, endurance exercise, endurance exercise combined with anti-group exercise on skeletal muscle C57 2-month-old male mice 28 weeks after the intervention of ERK1 / 2, mTOR, p70S6K mRNA levels expression changes, designed to explore the different nature The degree of change in the effect of exercise on skeletal muscle protein synthesis increased effect and different muscle, slow skeletal muscle aging movement and feasibility for the development of exercise prescription can significantly enhance muscle strength as well as select a valid cause muscle hypertrophy and according to the theory. Experimental Methods: This study selected 32 2-month-old C57 male mice for the study, were randomly divided into the quiet control group (C), endurance exercise group (E), weight ladder group (R), mixed exercise group (ER) n = 8. The selected object, using a treadmill and weight ladder as endurance and resistance exercise mode, for a period of 28 weeks. ERK1 / 2, mTOR, p70S6K mRNA expression level was measured using RT-PCR detection method. Results: 1, motion significantly reduces the weight of the mice. 2, compared to the quiet group, endurance group, resistance groups and mixed groups of mice gastrocnemius of wet weight to body weight ratio (G / W) showed significantly increased in; the quadriceps wet weight to body weight ratio ( V / W) are similar to their situation. 3, ERK1 / 2 mRNA expression levels in the gastrocnemius muscle of the resistance group compared with the other three groups, were highly significantly increased; similar resistance group within the quadriceps, a mixed group expression quieter group and endurance group, decreased significantly. 4, the resistance of mice gastrocnemius mTOR mRNA expression levels, showed a very significant increase compared with the other three groups; mTOR mRNA expression levels of resistance within the quadriceps group is relatively quiet in terms of the group and the mixed group, was extremely significantly increased. The endurance group relative to the mixed group showed a significant increase. Resistance mice gastrocnemius p70S6K mRNA expression levels compared to the other three groups were highly significantly increased. The endurance group relative to the mixed group showed a significant increase.
