Objective: To investigate the relevance of the anterior cerebral artery A1 dominant signs and anterior communicating artery aneurysm . Methods: 2007-2009 DSA check in our hospital patients with intracranial aneurysms , image data is complete 211 cases, including 74 cases of anterior communicating artery aneurysms , anterior communicating artery aneurysm 137 cases . By a comparison between the two groups A1 dominant signs incidence between the two groups left edge with the right advantage than the difference . Anterior communicating artery aneurysm A1 dominant signs and A1 symmetry tumor growth direction difference . A1 dominant signs anterior communicating artery aneurysm and non- anterior communicating artery aneurysm patients with bilateral anterior cerebral artery A2 segment start angle difference . To explore the relevance of the anterior cerebral artery A1 dominant signs and anterior communicating artery aneurysm . Results: In 74 patients with anterior communicating artery aneurysm patients A1 dominant signs in 52 cases ( 70.3% ) of 137 patients with non- anterior communicating artery aneurysm patients A1 dominant signs and 45 patients ( 32.9% ) , the difference was significant ( Chi-square = 27.029 , P lt ; 0.001 ) , A1 advantage levy and before traffic artery aneurysm have Pearson correlation , r = 0.358 , P lt ; 0.001 . 2 in 52 cases A1 advantage levy anterior communicating artery aneurysm patients , around the side than the dominant signs on the left and right dominant signs ratio of 41/11 , 45 A1 dominant signs anterior communicating artery aneurysm patients was 14 /31 , the difference was significant ( x2 = 22.390 , P lt ; 0.001 ) . 3 in 74 cases of anterior communicating artery aneurysm patients , A1 dominant signs on forward growth accounted for 50.0 % , the A1 symmetry forward growth of 22.7 % , the difference was significant , P = 0.036 ; 4 A1 dominant signs in patients in 97 cases , 52 cases of patients with anterior communicating artery aneurysm bilateral A2 start angle average of 170.15 ± 3.90 ° , the angle between the average of the 45 patients with non- anterior communicating artery aneurysm patients with bilateral A2 value of 120.64 ± 3.48 . , The difference was significant , t = 65.557 , P lt ; 0.001 . Conclusion: there is a dominant signs A1 , bilateral anterior cerebral artery A2 segment start angle increases generated by the anterior communicating artery aneurysm factors ; 2 . A1 dominant signs in patients with anterior communicating artery aneurysm , tumor growth direction forward and upward ; anterior cerebral artery A1 dominant signs is closely related to the anterior communicating artery aneurysm ; patients with anterior communicating artery aneurysm of the left edge than the right ; 4 . anterior cerebral artery found in cerebral angiography A1 dominant signs to be alert, plus according 3D.RA images , and pay attention to follow-up .
