Detecting the Correlation of the Near-infrared Parameters of Blood Concentration and Blood Oxygen Concentration of Mammary Gland Lesions and the Pathologic Diagnosis and the Microvessel Density of Tumor

Purpose: the oxygen content of breast lesions detected by near-infrared to determine the lesion benign malignant, and the results of pathological lesions control study to explore the advantages of the technology and reliability. Methods: double-blind method. Three Operators with breast the oxygen functional imaging diagnostic systems (E-SN-2) oxygen detection of breast lesions, pathological type of biopsy detected 101 cases of breast lesions clear. Results: The average value of the blood content of benign and malignant breast lesions were 0.0634 ± 0.2290 -0.1464 ± 0.2417 (p lt; 0.001), the average value of the oxygen content of 1.1888 ± 0.3117 and 0.9969 ± 0.4779, respectively (p = 0.019). Boundary value set to take advantage of the near-infrared breast oxygen imaging system to determine the sensitivity of breast cancer was 70.00%, specificity 74.51%, in line with the rate of 72.28%, 72.91% positive predictive value, negative predictive value of 71.698%, the positive likelihood ratio 2.746, negative likelihood ratio of 0.4026. Conclusion: The average value of the oxygen content of the benign and malignant breast lesions are statistically different, using near-infrared breast oxygen detection technology to detect lesions oxygen content changes, and so to determine the lesion benign or malignant is feasible, non-invasive, non-radiation, without exogenous contrast agents and high repeatability of the advantages of this technology. Objective: the oxygen content of breast lesions detected by near-infrared to determine the lesion benign malignant and microvessel density lesions control study, to investigate the reliability of the near-infrared parameters. Methods: breast three operators with the oxygen functional imaging diagnostic systems (E-SN-2) oxygen detection of breast lesions detected 101 cases of breast lesions for biopsy and immunohistochemistry EnVision detection microvascular density (MVD). Results: benign breast lesions with infiltrating ductal breast cancer MVD values ??mean significant difference (P = 0.037). One-way ANOVA MVD values ??only with HER2 whether expression of ER, PR and degree of histological grade, but after multivariate analysis of variance, the the MVD values ??with ER, PR, HER2 and tumor histological grade degree nothing to do. There is no correlation between the oxygen content value and MVD. Conclusion: MVD value of invasive ductal breast cancer than benign breast lesions and MVD value of ER, PR, HER2 and histological grade regardless of the degree. Low microvessel density mucinous adenocarcinoma and ductal carcinoma in situ, papilloma, the mastitis higher microvascular density is caused by the pathological basis of false negative and false positive.
