As RIA technologies, you can allow people like the web browser as easily browse the traditional rich Internet applications, but also allow developers to deploy as normal WEB application as simple to deploy rich Internet applications. To give people a good user experience.The project achieved using Flex 3.0 as a development platform for RIA technologies and methods based on software engineering, the use of its powerful development environment and excellent communication capabilities, so that system performance requirements are better achieved, achieved the expected results .Based on the study and Flex RIA technologies on the basis of technology, through research B/S structure of the related technologies, combined with medical care in remote mountain areas were difficult and expensive project requirements, remote health-consultation and rehabilitation-support system to the overall design and To enrich the expressiveness of the Flex technology as a front end, while the mature J2EE framework as a background to build the entire project completed.
