This thesis is focusing on the study of dealer training of T company, in which how to operate dealer training efficiently is well studied. Establishing a reasonable process is very important because T company is not a big company. It’s obvious that dealer training do help the dealers enhance their sales ability and be more fitful to the progress of this industry. It is also a effective way to propagate brand image in wich small company can also find a "blue sea " in such a cruel world full of competition.The new idea of the application of modern information technology such as micro-blog was also demonstrated in the thesis at the first time.At the same time I hope those theories which were involved in the thesis can be applied to the practice of dealer training of the small and medium-sized enterprises which are similar to T company.
