Currently , the countries of the importance of coal mine production safety has been upgraded to an unprecedented level , but the mine continues weak disaster relief after the disaster exposed the drawbacks of the current monitoring system : The monitoring system has difficulties in management of personnel into the wells , Inoue difficult to grasp the dynamic distribution of mine personnel and operating conditions . This article is from the network protocol stack and angle -depth study of the IEEE 802.15.4 protocol and ZigBee wireless communication technology, the ZigBee technology with several wireless transmission technology to compare summed up the advantages of ZigBee technology . Subsequent mainstream underground personnel positioning system (including the introduction of RFID the underground positioning system and the underground positioning system ) based on ZigBee technology and comparison , obtained ZigBee technology is applied to the underground personnel positioning system with low-cost , safe, reliable, low- power consumption and other advantages . On this basis , design the overall scheme of the the downhole based on IEEE802.15.4/ZigBee agreement Positioning System . The system uses a combination of ZigBee wireless network and CAN bus build data communication platform , the transmission of information to work underground personnel positioning data and gas concentration Inoue control center . This article describes the function and structure of the underground positioning system based on the IEEE 802.15.4/ZigBee protocol . Elaborate system hardware circuit design , including the gateway nodes based on CC2430/CC2431 nodes and CAN bus module ; systems equipment software design , and show a simple demonstration system to test the positioning effect . The ZigBee network development in this article is based on TI's ZigBee protocol stack, Z-Stack and IAR Embedded Workbench integrated development environment . Finally , the future direction of development of the subject , the application of ZigBee technology in other areas as well as subject the next step to do the work carried out by the outlook .
