With the emergence of a large number of web services, it is become the hot research point that how to detect web service automatically, accurately, and efficiently. Due to the lack of semantic description of web services, the accuracy of traditional web service discovery mechanism based on keywords can’t meet the actual demand. At present,the majority studies of retrieval model of web service only concern about the function property in the matching precess, and don’t fully consider the non-functional property including basic description property and QoS property, which causes the low recall and precision rate of web service detection. The result can’t effectively meet the service-comsumer requirements. Therefore, the researches of the semantic annotation and the retrieval model of web services are of academical and practical significances.This paper mainly researches the semantic retrieval model of web service in four fields to improve the efficiency of semantic Web service discovery, including the semantic description, the retrieval model, the matching model and the discovery framework. The main research of this paper includes:(1) The article researched Ontology and OWL-S in detail, and applied the ontology technology into web services discovery to establish the sematic description model of web service, which contained the functional preperty descriptions, the basic property descriptions, the QoS property descriptions, and so on.(2) Based on the research of OWL-S, this paper proposed the description framework of web service, and refined the method of Chinese word segmentation, semantic extension of retrieval request, and semantic extension of UDDI.(3) Based on the research of Chinese word segmentation technology, this paper proposed the retrieval model of semantic Web service based on the technology of Chinese word segmentation.(4) After analyzing the existed problems in current matching models of Web service, this paper designed a three-level retrieval model of Web service .This model incorporated the advantage of current matching models, and improved the description ability of the quality of web services to obtain better search results. (5) The study designed and implemented the prototype of the three-level retrieval model of Web service. The experimental results verified the availability and feasibility of the proposed model.
