With the domestic and international market environment changes and the development of enterprise groups are also continually expand and grow. Enterprise Group of the funds management system requirements have become more sophisticated, the general business provided by the bank, "Internet Banking" service has been very difficult to meet the Group’s funds management business needs. The establishment of safe, effective, convenient, meet the Group’s funds management model enterprise information platform is a lot of enterprise groups, the important information construction work, but, the high cost of information technology investment, but also makes the traditional financial management system difficult to promote. Meanwhile, with the development and changes of enterprise groups, the Group’s own financial management and control patterns are changing, the traditional financial management information system, due to the limitations and non-functional design flexibility and, increasingly, financial management does not meet the enterprise group development requirements.This paper studies the enterprise groups, financial management of public platform building. Enterprise groups in the analysis of problems in the management of funds and traditional fund management system is inadequate, based on the creative application of E-HUB theoretical techniques and models proposed based on E-HUB mode platform for enterprise groups, the concept of the management of public funds, and E-HUB funding for the basic needs of the platform, operation mode, program design, key technology and so do in detail. The eventual realization of "one system" to a "shared platform"; "single mode" to "multi-mode" changes.This paper is divided into six chapters:the first chapter to study the background, literature review and the paper describes the framework; second chapter in the analysis of enterprise groups, financial management issues and traditional fund management system is inadequate, based on the platform of the financial management of public modes of operation, interface demand, security and so on macro-demand; third chapter is to introduce the E-HUB mainly the basic architecture and technology base. E-HUB platform for workflow, SOA, Webservic so expounded, and then proposed based on E-HUB enterprise group fund the management of public platforms, operating mode and the overall program; fourth chapter of the E-HUB-based funding model the management of public platforms, technical architecture, software architecture, public foundation, the core business modules, safety programs, gives a detailed design; fifth chapter E-HUB enterprise group fund the management of public platform, the main overall structure of the platform Struts framework in the implementation of presentation layer, business layer framework for the realization of Spring, Hibernate database persistence layer framework for the realization of all is explained. As well as core business modules, public infrastructure modules, security and reliability technology also made the realization of the set-oriented; ChapterⅥof the combination of the foregoing research and analysis summarizes the results of the study also analyzed the E-HUB financial management of public platform the construction of risk and insufficient; Finally, the paper made a conclusion and prospects.
