Starlight navigation celestial navigation , by processing the observations of the stars , and the analysis and identification , to determine the the VEHICLE current posture and position . Star chart to locate and identify the algorithm is a key technology in the starlight navigation , Starlight navigation accuracy and real-time mainly depends on the star chart positioning accuracy and star pattern recognition , and thus to carry out high-precision positioning of the star map and quickly identify research core technical part of the starlight navigation study , Starlight navigation crux of the real-time navigation accuracy and navigation . In this paper, the basic principles and the pros and cons of star maps to locate and star pattern recognition technology algorithm based on considering the positioning accuracy and rapid recognition , a high accuracy star chart positioning and rapid recognition algorithm . The algorithm mainly includes three parts: the star chart pretreatment , positioning of the star map and star pattern recognition . The star chart pretreatment star map filtering , segmentation and star charts . Star map filtering with the Wiener filter method , star charts split is based on the original threshold segmentation algorithm based on the star chart histogram analysis and external set method to extract the stellar points of the star chart their own segmentation threshold set in order to achieve the star graph partitioning . Star maps positioning technology , the Asian fine subdivision location technology to improve positioning accuracy in the analysis and comparison of the common centroid and Gaussian surface fitting Gaussian surface fitting method based on high-precision double Gaussian curve fitting star chart positioning . Star pattern recognition technology in the traditional triangle matching algorithm based on an improved algorithm, is on the in characteristic parameters star triangle vector construct , NAVSTAR library and matching algorithm has made some improvements , greatly improving the speed of identification and identify the correct rate .
