Nowadays it is important to pay great attention to interpersonal relationship, as the one of the key factors of affecting the college students’mental health, the study of interpersonal stress is not only have theoretical significance to deepen the of researching stress but also have practical guide significance to undergraduate on mental health education. There is short of the study on interpersonal stress of undergraduate at home, and lack more study of relationship between college students’interpersonal stress and interpersonal association efficacy and coping strategiesat home and abroad. So the study of relationship of them is enriching the correlative research and meeting the needs of mental health development of undergraduate.This study is made under the guidance of restrictive approach, on the basis of the existing information in combination with the results of open questionnaire and structural interview to inventing the questionnaire of college students’interpersonal stress and tested on each aspect. Then explore the features of interpersonal stress and the relationship between college students’ interpersonal stress and interpersonal association efficacy and coping strategiesat through data analysis.Through questionnaire and data analysis and analysis of results, the conclusion made by this study as follows:1、The structure of the questionnaire of college students’ interpersonal stress is accordancing with threoretical establishment, the questionnaire could be effective instrument to measure social pressure with good reliability and validity in accoding to a series of test and verify analysis.2、There are remarkable differences in general interpersonal stress and interpersonal restriction stress between male and female students, female students have higher interpersonal stress and interpersonal restriction stress than male; There is remarkable difference in interpersonal restriction stress between the only child and non in the family, the non-only child has higher interpersonal restriction stress; There is remarkable difference in interpersonal expectation stress between rural students and city/town students, the rural students have higher interpersonal expectation stress; There are remarkable differences in general interpersonal stress and the dimensions of interpersonal stress for students with different parenting style, the students with autocratic parenting style have higher interpersonal stress and the dimensions of interpersonal stress; The difference between normal university students and non, on different grade are not obvious.3、There are remarkable differences for students of different interpersonal stress group in interpersonal association efficacy. The students in low interpersonal stress group has higher intimation efficacy、self—impression efficacy、benefit—other efficacy、connection efficacy、self—values efficacy、mood—control efficacy and the general interpersonal association efficacy than students in high social pressure group.4、There are remarkable differences in coping strategies between students in different interpersonal stress group. The students in high interpersonal stress group almost take negative coping strategies, while students in low interpersonal stress group almost take positive coping strategies.5、There is certain correlation between the dimensions of college students’ interpersonal stress and the dimensions of college students’interpersonal association efficacy. There is negative correlation between interpersonal restriction stress andintimation efficacy、benefit—other efficacy、mood—control efficacy. There is outstanding correlation between interpersonal conflict stress and self—impression efficacy、self- values efficacy、mood—control efficacy.There is marked negative correlation between interpersonal frustrate stress and self-values efficacy, interpersonal expectation stress and connection efficacy、mood—control efficacy. There is certain correlation between the dimensions of college students’interpersonal stress and the dimensions of coping strategies. There is remarkable negative correlation between positive coping strategies and interpersonal conflict stress、interpersonal frustrate stress. There is remarkable positive correlation between the dimensions of college students’ interpersonal stress and negative coping strategies. There is remarkable correlation between the dimensions of college students’interpersonal association efficacy and the dimensions of coping strategies.There is remarkable positive correlation between positive coping strategies and the dimensions of college students’ interpersonal association efficacy. There is remarkable negative correlation between negative coping strategies and the dimensions of college students’ interpersonal association efficacy.6、Interpersonal association efficacy is the moderate variable of interpersonal stress and coping strategies. Interpersonal stress has direct impact on coping strategies. Interpersonal stress indirectly affects the coping strategies through the moderate variable.
