The Research on Evaluation of Living Status Systems of Expressway Relocated People

The expressway resettlement is an important part of expressway construction, a complicated systematic project, which involves a wide range of work areas complex, authorities and project management. Whether relocation people can be properly resettled, seriously affects the regional development of society, economy and environment. In this article, an assessment of the impact of the population from expressway construction has been made for detection and warning the public demolition resettlement problems, the suggestions for the land acquisition and management policies, to gain social and economic benefits.Based on the abroad and local research about resettlement expressway research and theory on the basis of practical experience, the expressway relocation people living evaluation system has been brought forward. The entire system includes index system and evaluation system. The indicator system is based on actual experience and relevant theory, and modified using the fuzzy cluster analysis obtained. After comprehensive comparing different evaluation methods, evaluation system is actualized by PCA-BP neural network from the perspective of the optimized, which contains the principal components analysis dimensionality reduction ideas and BP neural network black box model theory. And the living condition evaluation of relocated people has been worked by the method and explained the process program.To verify the feasibility and rationality of the evaluation method, Dongxin expressway is exemplified. With the method, the living condition evaluation of relocation people is been taken to appear changes of life of relocated people in the state before and after construction. From the example, the proposed evaluation system is been worked effectively, and the simulation of evaluation has no difference with actual value to verify feasibility and effectiveness of thesis. Finally, the author summarizes and draws advantages and disadvantages of this method and improved the direction of our study.
