OBS is considered to build the next-generation optical Internet is the most promising optical switching , and to explore how EPON for the optical access network integration and OBS to achieve efficient access network and the core network interconnection , has a good theoretical research value and the actual value . Integrated node - based EPON and OBS network interconnect network flattening and simple structure of a program . The two aggregation mechanism and dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithm based on an intelligent control programs to achieve resource management , scheduling and co-ordination of various functional modules control . This article focuses on the EPON and GMPLS-based OBS interconnect network control plane technology . First introduced based the integrated node function and structure of the interconnection network , based on the introduction of GMPLS technology overlap model - based interconnection network with GMPLS network integration program . By extended key node in the functional structure , to achieve a unified control and management plane . Through the expansion of the the EPON and OBS network control information , combined with dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithm supports two aggregation mechanism , part of the business , all-optical transmission , in order to guarantee a reliable link to improve the survivability of the network . Integration node function , further study of the functional structure of the integrated node controller , compatible with EPON and the OBS network control agreement on the basis of the combination of the two aggregation mechanism to achieve integrated node controller design . Finally , by OPNET Modeler modeling and simulation of the interconnection network solution , the simulation results show that the design of integrated node controller interconnection network solution to support the two aggregation mechanisms and DBA algorithm . The program can improve network service delay , to improve the quality of network service .
