PVC is an important corrosion-resistant plastic, with a wide range of applications in pipelines and other chemical. However, its own poor temperature resistance. How to expand its range of applications is an urgent problem at the same time retain their corrosion resistance. The basic assumptions of this thesis is: mainly through the adhesive between the metal and PVC pipe modified to solve the above problems. To this end, this paper focused research study the adhesive bond between the PVC and metal pipes. This paper the molecular design ideas, to take full account of the industrial production temperature requirements, the use of heat-resistant aromatic amine curing agent; selection of room temperature curing curing accelerator; choice polyamide toughening agent for epoxy resin change sex; small thermal conductivity vermiculite filler choice of silane coupling agent KH-550 modified vermiculite, and by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), infrared (FT-IR) and contact angle measurements of vermiculite The physical and chemical properties of the surface were characterized. By thermogravimetry (TG), scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectra, AC impedance, and colloidal shear strength of peer performance tests by means of the influencing factors and mechanism of adhesion. The main results obtained are as follows: 1) selection of mixed aromatic dicarboxylic amine curing agent (DDM: m-PDA = 2:3) curable resin, n-butanol as diluent, bisphenol A as a curing accelerator, respectively, representing the amount of resin colloidal 15%, 20%, 10%, the performance of the colloid reaches the optimum value. 2) TG TGA and colloidal shear strength analysis to determine the final amount of the polyamide 10%; electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) on the adhesive technical analysis of the corrosion resistance of the colloidal good. 3) SEM results show that the performance of the vermiculite surface and colloidal dispersion has been improved. 4) Preferably, the colloid adhesive performance and insulation performance test to determine the addition amount of 10% colloidal filler insulation properties and adhesive properties.
