Walking is a common organism overall movement . Motion analysis is a screening method , the organism walk way aimed at by kinematic means to reveal abnormal gait link and influencing factors , and to guide rehabilitation assessment and treatment , and also contribute to the clinical diagnosis and mechanisms . The papers to the National Natural Science Foundation of China for animal experiments to develop a set of video - based low - cost motion tracking analysis system , including the hardware platform and software design of two parts , which hardware platform by the high-speed camera , Gigabit Ethernet capture card and PC the machine composition; system software using MATLAB programming , complete video specific joint experimental animals identified automatically tracking and kinematic parameters computing . This paper first introduces a classification of the current domestic and international motion tracking system , applied to motion tracking maneuvering target model comparison , prediction algorithms and target recognition algorithms to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each , and then identify the composition and three-dimensional motion tracking system hardware production process , detailed tracking algorithm . According to the strength of hindlimb motor motorized mixing characteristics , respectively, using the polynomial fitting and improved Kalman filter for maneuvering target model \results; logo size , logo different intensity contrast with the background , were selected peak tracking correct target grayscale template matching and target recognition method based on color template matching , and finally identified mismatching detection judgment . In addition, the article also used to evaluate the effect of rehabilitation after synchronization of kinematic parameters and EMG signal parameters , and spinal cord injury in rats , respectively, the effect of rehabilitation exercise treadmill training , its motion parameters the results showed that the the treadmill training methods promote the rehabilitation of walking ability in rats , this method can be used for the recovery of hindlimb motor capacity of spinal cord injury .
