With the rapid technological development , the rapidly changing market , the product structure and production process of the manufacturing industries have undergone great changes . Manufacturing companies such as competition intensifying , rapidly changing customer needs , shorter product life cycle extrinsic factors , but also to maintain good competitiveness , it must adapt to the new mode of production in manufacturing companies , flexible , integrated intelligent mode of production , manufacturing execution systems (MES) along with the rapid development of the enterprise also continues to mature . This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research papers , brief , turn on some research this article the MES course of development , as well as the future direction of development . In the course of development of the MES , the functional orientation of its business are constantly changes , this article focuses on the the MES development process in different organization described the conduct of the the MES business functions positioning XI functional model , and is widely used MES International standard ISA-95. In reference to the structure of the theory , the combination of workshop manufacture of the actual demand , and thus on the core business functions of MES model workshop MES General requirements definition provisions , and some of the basic requirements for the implementation of MES . In the MES business functions to discuss the division of theory based on the analysis of discrete manufacturing industry MES adaptive demand , to discuss a number of key technology of the plant model to establish processes scripts embedded , event-driven , and based on these key technologies , the overall framework that can be adapted to the MES . It also can be adapted to the MES in the management of the implementation process to achieve application aspects of manufacturing in the automotive industry assembly . Finally, a summary of the full text of the work , and the prospect of future research directions .
