The modern science and technology which is developing rapidly has being applied in the public security field widely, which has changed the traditional model of police service profoundly, greatly improving the rapid reaction and precise strike capabilities of the public security office. In today’s rapid development of information technology, public security situation has become more complex, while criminal means are becoming increasingly intelligent, technological and professional. For police security, only the full use of information technology applications could grasp the pulse of the contemporary social order to prevent and control criminal activities.By drawing on this issue, with the use of related technologies and successful cases, the integrated subsystems of an advanced integrated system to meet the county-level public security office of the information technology needs, which work with the advanced and practical software. Based on PGIS, we have built a integrated management information platform which has integrated the response alarm management, case management, monitoring management, population management, GPS satellite positioning and mobile location management, distribution management of police and other subsystems, to achieve the visual command and control, a comprehensive analysis of the case and enhance the rapid reaction and precise strike capabilities of the public security office.The platform has the following characteristics:(1)Practicality: to use PGIS,with 110,119,120 response alarm, we have achived real-time dynamic display of an emergency call alarm point location and related information, to service for command and decision-making of public security organs .At the same time, the platform has achieved the integration of response alarm management, case management, monitoring and management, population management, GPS satellite positioning and mobile location management, distribution management of police.(2)Specification: The platform complies with relevant international standards and national standards, and the various applications public security organs at all levels which has been put into operation, while we have considered the "three one" and information technology standards of county-level public security organs by the Ministry of Public Security to integrate related applications effectively.(3)Operation quickly and easily: For the corresponding users, as long as the Internet and log on to the system, you can easily complete the update customer information and customer-related statistical data related to the query, and fully meet the actual demand.(4)Scalability and upgradeability: The platform has the modular structure, building block assembly, and the main function can be customized, easily enhancing the continuity of system. With the upgrade of the software and hardware interface, you can access anti-technology alarm, road monitoring, visual command, GPS positioning systems.
