Songhua River is one of China's seven major rivers, the mother river of Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces, Songhua import the Sino-Russian border river in Heilongjiang, Heilongjiang is China's most important international boundary, the safety of the water quality of safeguarding national interests and the Sino-Russian relations and the economic development of the border areas of strategic importance. The research results show that the Songhua River Basin agricultural nonpoint source pollutant load of water pollution: COD load total of 4,891,392.89 tons, the TN load the total amount of 1,588,915.15 tons the TP load total of 1,709,372.67 tons, the total COD in agriculture the proportion of non-point source pollution up, accounting for 59.7%. Types of agricultural non-point source pollution sources of water pollution load ratio: livestock pollution 51.2%, 6.5% of the domestic pollution, pesticide and fertilizer pollution 34.1%, 8.3% of the solid waste pollution, the main source of pollution is the contamination of livestock and poultry breeding, fertilizer, pesticide pollution, solid waste pollution sources. Investigation and analysis of agricultural non-point source pollution of the Songhua River, the main source of rural sewage, livestock breeding, pesticides and fertilizers, and other non-point source pollution, estimate the Songhua River Basin of total nitrogen, total phosphorus and COD load, and calculate the share in the Songhua River Basin agricultural nonpoint source pollution sources total nitrogen, total phosphorus and COD pesticides and fertilizers, livestock, domestic pollution proportion, to reveal the the watershed total nitrogen load main point source pollution from pesticides and fertilizers and livestock breeding. Drawn TN spatial distribution characteristics of the Songhua River Basin. The soil erosion model (USLE model), the combination of GIS software to calculate the Songhua River basin soil and water loss and soil erosion spatial distribution characteristics, and to provide a scientific basis to propose the best control measures.
