Random vibration as a branch of the vibration theory in recent years has been a large development . Emerged random vibration test is better than the traditional simple harmonic motion test simulate the structure vibration environment , to better protect its reliability and safety during use . Actual random vibration test applications , since the excitation and the randomness of the response often requires repeated testing . Based on the basic theory of random vibration , combined with the finite element analysis software MSC.Patran / Nastran , the introduction of the test pre- the simulation operational stage of the vibration test incentive environment , to provide a reference for the excitation spectrum of the random vibration test applied . This paper mainly include two aspects: (1 ) on the basis of the original random vibration theory to discuss the the controlled system excitation number of the number of responses were the following: single point excitation and single- point response control , a single point of incentives , and more response control point , multi-point excitation and single- point response control , two-point incentive , multi- point response control , multi-point excitation response control of multi-point response control algorithm . Random response control program based on these basis . ( 2) completed based on the secondary development of Patran . Rich function library by Patran platform provides complete random response control procedures the Patran operating interface : random response analysis interface , random response part of the design of the control interface . By these designs, Nastran the output of the operation result , the user of the input parameters , as well as random call in response to a control program and so on. Numerical example of the simulation program , the program interface , the smooth completion of the random response analysis and random response control various operations . And random response control , but also to some accuracy to meet the control requirements .
