The Theoretical and Experimental Research on MIMO Detection for Small Target in Waveguide

With the development of science and technology , the sound of water technology plays an increasingly important role in the development and utilization of marine resources . , Underwater acoustic signal propagation in shallow water waveguide environment there is a serious multi-path effect , conventional underwater acoustic signal processing method is no longer applicable to the waveguide environment need for waveguide underwater acoustic channel particularity , the development and research of new signal processing method . This paper introduces the co-location of the free-field plane wave model MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output, MIMO) and phased -MIMO signal model and approach . Co-located MIMO virtual array aperture waveform diversity , which can get a better performance than the phased array technology . Waveguide environment , the normal -mode model can well waveguide underwater acoustic channel modeling, co-located multi-input MIMO signal processing method to be able to tap and utilize the diversity gain to improve the performance of target detection . For this purpose the paper into the waveguide channel modeling MIMO signal processing framework , to carry out the waveguide MIMO small target detection method and experimental studies .
