Vocational education is the core of the education system of China, and the management of intern is the key point of the cooperation between school and enterprise.Therefore, the management of intern program of vocational college forms an important topic. With the practice of the intern management from Shenyang Tourism School, this paper explored how to make up the frame and mode of the management of intern program of vocational college.Due to the diversified problem in post-practice management of vocation education, there has not formed of complete systems in management. With the practice of the intern management, this paper makes a thorough analysis in the problem and solution of post-practice management. This paper builds a new model based on project management system, and makes the model practicability, effectiveness, and scientific. The author attends and takes charge of an intern management from Shenyang Tourism School in 2010. In order to methodically assess dates, this paper use investigation questionnaire and semi-structured interviews from the intern management. Besides, this paper concretely analyzes on Influencing Factors of post-practice management in vocation education, and builds the model of post-practice management system.The innovation of this dissertation is: firstly, It attempts to bring the project management into school post-practice management; secondly, it builds the model of post-practice management system from both conceptual level and at the practical level; thirdly, it establishes effective mechanism in Initial Shape. This paper studied thoroughly on employing the idea of project management to realize the management of post-practice, and improving the research by practice. With the help of theory and specific case studies of this paper, an operable management system of vocational college post-practice is formed, which provides the fundamental theory basis for vocational college post-practice management, and builds the basic frame and thinking. In 2011, this management system had been promoted to 7 schools in Shenyang, all of which are in good condition now.
