Chemical plant operation simulation system developed to facilitate the assessment of operator training , saving training costs , reducing operational risk . Therefore , the development of the chemical plant simulation training system is of great significance . In this paper, polysilicon core production unit of silicon tetrachloride cold hydrogenation trichlorosilane device for the specific object of study , research and development system for the operation of the device simulation . This paper discussed the current situation of domestic and foreign chemical plant simulation training system , the main contents of this topic , needs analysis and the overall design of the entire simulation system . Specifically the the cold hydrogenation of silicon tetrachloride preparation trichlorosilane production device and process , and to determine the main measurement parameters for each device , car parking and other conditions of the operating procedures . Based on the application of mathematical models of chemical process modeling methods , respectively , on a few core devices to establish a mathematical model , and a simplified calculation . Background simulation module based on the mathematical model of the device is based on VC 6.0 . Finally, the application examples based Zijin bridge configuration features of the software to achieve each operation simulation module . Polysilicon core production research unit operation simulation system on the actual operation of the device operating personnel training and the whole chemical process flow improvements have played a certain positive significance .
