In recent years, the flourishing of higher vocational education in our country has made a higher demand on the internal management system in higher vocational colleges. At the same time, the internal development requirement of improving educational quality in higher vocational colleges also actively requires to solve problems exited in internal management. This paper uses relevant theories to discuss the reformation of internal management system in higher vocational colleges, comes up with reformational ideas and implementation strategies, and provides references for reformation of internal management system in higher vocational colleges of our country.Firstly, this paper defines the core conceptions of reformation of internal management system in higher vocational colleges, i.e. the basic concepts of system, educational system, management system of higher vocational education, and internal management system in higher vocational colleges. It also gives a brief introduction to the Governance Theory, the Stakeholder Theory, and the Organization Structure Theory, which are related to the reformation of internal management system in higher vocational colleges.On that basis, this paper reviews the development process of internal management system in higher vocational colleges of our country, and divides the process into three historical stages, i.e. exploration, advance and furtherance. It analyzes and discusses the main problems exited in the internal management system in higher vocational colleges of our country. It is believed that there are five main problems exited, i.e. the organization structure is a duplicate of management system in undergraduate colleges; the unbalance of internal power; the unclearness of responsibilities of two-levels of management institution; the irrationality of internal educational resources; and the distemperedness of incentive mechanism. And through hard and thorough search, this paper finds the cause of these problems from four aspects, i.e. philosophy, history, culture and environment. It also establishes internal logic basis for solving those problems.Meanwhile, this paper investigates and analyzes the different types of college management system in the advanced foreign mode of vocational education. It is pointed out that we should take their successful experience and advanced practice for reference, instead of applying mechanically. We should borrow ideas from them and innovate by ourselves with a combination of national conditions and college conditions as the basis. It realizes the combination of localization and internationalization of internal management system in higher vocational colleges.Based on theories, exiting problems, causes of problems and reference of foreign experiences, this paper gives a statement of strategic framework and implementation strategies of reformation of internal management system in higher vocational colleges. It is believed that the overall objective of the reformation of internal management system in higher vocational colleges in our country is to build modern colleges system with characteristic of higher vocation. After that, through setting up the logic model of reformation of internal management system in higher vocational colleges, this paper points out that the strategic framework of reformation is a reasonable combination of vertical and horizontal dimensionality for four systems and five powers, i.e. the realization of the four horizontal systems of decision, consult, performance and supervised feedback on the vertical dimensionality of colleges and departments; the realization of five powers of politics, administration, academic, students and society on the vertical dimensionality of colleges and departments. Lastly, this paper gives implementation strategies of the reformation of internal management system in higher vocational colleges of our country, with the basis of models analyzing.
