CNC machine tool accuracy assessment is a key part of the error compensation . Existing CNC machine tool accuracy assessment methods there are some limitations, most of the installation and commissioning of a long time , the measurement of low efficiency , and expensive , to make large quantities of low-grade CNC machine tools debugging and accuracy evaluation of the application has been limited . In this paper, precision , accuracy evaluation of the mass production of low - grade CNC machine tools factory , as well as use and maintenance , a step away from regulation and inductance micrometer combination precision CNC machine tools to quickly assess the analysis of measurement error . The the sensor mechanical device installation error , sensor pose error regulatory step away from the installation position and orientation error , step away from the regulation of the heat distortion error , step away from the regulations affected by the installation force errors caused by factors such as the measurement results , design the corresponding measurement error compensation algorithm and experimental verification of these compensation algorithm . The test results show that the the sensor mechanical device installation error compensation algorithm accuracy up to 99% , the sensor installation pose error compensation algorithm accuracy up to 98% , the step gauge installation pose error compensation accuracy of up to 1 μm , step away from the regulatory heat distortion error compensation The accuracy of 2μm. Design a special fixture to facilitate quick installation step gauge CNC lathe X axis . On the basis of the results of the above study , the development of hardware and software , rapid assessment device developed by the accuracy of CNC machine tools . The device on in Minimill and CK6136S a series of experimental verification , the accuracy and efficiency comparison with the laser interferometer measurement results , the test results show that the device can measure the CNC machine tool positioning error and backlash , and automatic generation of error compensation files , pitch error compensation of CNC machine tools . The device measurement accuracy by the feed rate was less affected , measurement precision of CNC milling up to 2 ~ 3μm, measurement the lathes accuracy up to of 3 ~~ 4 μm can meet the accuracy requirements of the low-grade CNC machine tools measuring measuring the efficiency of a laser interferometer can improve two to three times .
