Basic education in rural areas is the focus of the national basic education and physical education in rural areas as an important part of the basic education , in order to give full play its due role in the quality of education , the number of highly qualified sports teachers . Continuing education, physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools must continue to constantly improve its overall quality and ability to meet the requirements of social and educational development . ? Paper, literature data , questionnaire , interview and mathematical statistics , logical analysis and scientific methods , continuing education of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools of the rural areas of Heilongjiang Province were investigated and analyzed , found mainly exist the following problems : not comprehensive enough understanding of continuing education ; continuing education is still academic credentials education ; participate in continuing education with some utilitarian purpose ; participants than a single form , a smaller proportion of practical courses of the curriculum ; faculty of Continuing Education not perfect , the main factors affecting the continuing education training funds , Engineering contradictions , learning content , these factors severely restrict the development process of continuing education in rural primary and secondary physical education teachers in Heilongjiang Province . Thus, for the above problems , combined with the actual situation in our province and characteristics , following the development of countermeasures : updated concepts do ideological education , continuing education and propaganda work ; increase investment in continuing education funding , as far as possible multi - channel financing ; strengthen continuing education curriculum , and improve the content of continuing education , to make it more focused and timeliness ; educational approaches that try to establish a multi-channel , to provide participants opportunities for physical education teachers ; strengthen continuing education the building of the faculty , to ensure quality continuing education , to make a really good job continue to work in education in rural primary and secondary physical education teachers . ?
