The Comparative Study of the Course Content of Gymnastics of the Chinese Mainland and Taiwan Professional Sports Colleges

Gymnastics courses that are one of the important courses. Based on the comparative analysis of the gymnastics contents of the mainland and Taiwan region is to discuss their gymnastics class curriculum plan’s point, regularly and development tendency. We find differences in the comparison and develop in learning, also we in search for distillation in reference.This paper utilizes ways of the literature material law, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, questionnaire and interviews with experts to study the current implementation of training programmers and syllabus of the 9 professional sports academies(Beijing sport university, Xi’an sports college, Wuhan sports college, Chengdu sports college, Shenyang sports college,shanghai sports college, National sports university of Taiwan(Taiwan-Taichung), National sports university of Taiwan(Taiyuan), Taipei sports college) on both sides. Firstly, through the analysis and comparison of the 9 professional sports colleges and gymnastics teaching contents on both sides, secondly to know the arrange of gymnastics class curriculum theory and practice lesson in each sports colleges, thirdly, to find out the difference of the teaching content in professional sports colleges and gymnastics class on both sides, finally to put forward the development countermeasures of the teaching content of the Professional sports colleges on both sides.Research shows that:Taiwan’s gymnastics class course outlines members advise that textbooks should be set in elastic way, and teaching material contents should respect intellectual property rights.We should set textbooks by ourselves according to the characteristics of the school, the special abilities of students, the characteristics of resources, the characteristics of development, the spirits of the schools’courses and the characteristics of the schools’development. Taiwan’s gymnastics class course outlines have many advantages, such as whose goal and idea are both clear and system is complete. The purpose of training lies in enhancing the ability, the funny experience of doing sports, the enhancing of physic, the advocating of moral sports and the training of lifelong sports.The teaching methods should follow the following principles:Systematic principle, repairing principle, classifying principles,safety principles, Interest principle, adopting principle, principle of elasticity, diversified principle, the principle of efficiency, practicality principle and instant principle.The outline and writing of Mainland gymnastics courses are based on the requirements of Ordinary institutions of higher learning sports education undergraduate professional gymnastics course teaching guidelines and the spirit of national ordinary higher school sports education undergraduate course plan, or used the same textbooks as other sports colleges used. The outlines goals of courses are very widely broad,but there are not pacific conditions。The training goals of courses are to improve students’ three basis’s (Basic knowledge, Basic technology, Basic skills),which are in common with the enhancing of abilities and physics and the advocating of moral sports in Taiwan, but they involve less funny experience of sports and conscious training of lifelong sports. Teaching principle follows the general principles (Self-consciousness and enthusiasm principles, reality principle Intuitive principle, Gradual principle, consolidate and enhancing principle, etc)owe particular principles (Quality being integrated principle, skills principle, security principle, and the aesthetic principle, etc)Today, many sports culture and concepts still have several western sports colors in Taiwan area. But cross-strait has the common basis in cultures and they show more common points in the reforming of physical courses’ content except for some differences in specific problems.
