From the 1990s onwards, UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) technology has achieved a rapid development particularly in the recent local wars (such as the war in Iraq and Afghanistan). The UAV system integrates information reconnaissance and combat operations into one, has become an important military means and weapons in the modern high-tech wars.The fight effectiveness of the UAV dose not only lies in“flying platform”,but also rely on the power of the“information network”, by which the powerful capabilities of the system is exhibited.UAV TT&C system is an important part of the UAV information network, which is the control and monitor system of the UAV. UAV TT&C system’s main achievement is UAV remote telemetry, tracking and positioning and data transfer capabilities, and it can further schedule their tasks, and record the real-time flight status and task informations at the same time.This paper present the overall design of UAV TT&C system accord to the requirement of technology, First the paper discusses UAV TT&C system,and the compositions of the system, the working principle and workflow. And we also introduce the technical index of the system,and analyse the key technology of it.Then we further describe the software design and the hardware design of this TT&C system and the design diagrams of some key modules. Finally we give the testing result of UAV TT&C system and summarize the work of the UAV TT&C system design, and further research work prospects.
