Fault diagnosis in large rotating machinery, CNC machining field , usually measuring system of the vibration signal acquisition , processing and fault analysis . Currently , the field failure diagnostic measurement system can take two basic forms : analog measuring systems and digital measurement system . The latter is widely used , its method of operation is simple , feature-rich , analog instrument can not be compared . In this paper, a fast DSP operations , the design of a digital signal processor (DSP) - based , real-time diagnostic equipment failure state portable instrumentation . Characterized by the use of the DSP and MCU microprocessor jointly constitute a collaborative system to complete more complex control and data processing functions . TI's TMS320VC5410A DSP processor as the system operator , is responsible for the signal acquisition and mathematical analysis . MCS-51 microcontroller as the system control processor is responsible for coordinating the work of various peripheral circuit module . Is modular in design , so that the instrument with data acquisition , data preprocessing , data analysis , and LCD display function . This paper studies the status of data acquisition and DSP technology at home and abroad , the second section describes the hardware components of the portable instrument , each hardware module design process , including : the vibration signal front-end processing module , A / D sampling module , LCD display and touch module and a digital signal processing module .
