Energy is the important material basis of social production and improvement, which relates with country security and country economy vitals. It is the key factor related to the living environment of offspring. Since U.S. President Obama proposed the development of "smart grid" strategic policy, the trends of electric power renovation have inclined to develop Smart Grid in the world in 2009, especially in China. It is taking more attention to Smart Grid’s development because of its consuming a great deal of electric energy. Therefore, it is the key factor for China to implement the sustainable development strategies successfully if large number of new energy generators are added to Smart Grid so to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. These new energy generators are decentralized generators, so the smart grid scheduling distributed generation technology is the core of the construction of smart grid, smart grid distributed generation scheduling system research can be overcome a certain extent of the uncertainty caused by natural resource’s randomly change; and can provide users with safe, stable, cost-effective electricity. However, The distributed generation scheduling system is a larger complicated system with strong non-linearity and dynamic characteristics, in which Multi-Agent method has great advantages. Thus, Multi-Agent method is important theoretical basis of the research on complicated systems, and also a significant method to develop in the modeling of the distributed generation scheduling system.Based on the research on smart grid projects from Shanghai Development and Reform Research Institute, this research is given in the paper. According to the sustainable development of smart grid and human society, this paper analyzes the importance of intelligent scheduling system. Based on the research of domestic and international status and the theoretical study of Multi-Agent, Multi-Agent approach is proposed in this paper, which provides a new way of thinking and methods. For the up-to-down and down-to-up hierarchical structure characteristics, this paper constructs hierarchical distributed generation scheduling system based on Multi-Agent method. According to the different tasks and functions of the agents, in the distributed generation scheduling system Management Agent (DGSSMA) and Scheduling Decision-making Agent (SDA) which have hybrid structures, and Energy Supply Agent (ESA) which has reactive structures, are constructed respectively. And this paper focuses on the scheduling algorithm and scheduling decision-making interface from a macro point of view of distributed hybrid power generation planning and design issues. Meanwhile, a collaboration model for Multi-Agent System (MAS) with flexible property is designed. Finally, we establish the simulation model and design the interface software. The simulation result demonstrates that the research on Multi-Agent method could avoid a certain extent of the uncertainty caused by natural resource’s change at random. At the same time that can give users stability、high quality、low price energy and provide the theoretical reference for scheduling-relevant department, which plays a positive role in development of domestic economic and society.
