Currently , the use of multiple servers allocate and manage storage capacity , the need to install special server for each disk drive , resulting in waste of resources and their burden too heavy . Data storage capacity at an annual rate of 50-80 % increase , companies must find appropriate ways to reduce storage costs and to minimize the time management . To solve the problem of the rapid growth of data , IT departments need to improve storage architecture so as to adapt to changing storage capacity , performance, and usability requirements. This thesis is to address the problem to SAN (Storage Area Network) network storage technology as the main object of study, in -depth analysis of SAN network architecture , based on the storage network technologies , SAN network infrastructure, and practical application solutions in three areas problems were innovative and exploratory research . In order to achieve solutions for the enterprise network over traditional storage scalability bad situation and allow enterprises to gradually shift to provide high-availability , high-capacity network storage architecture theory analysis report, its main contents of the study are: a study of the traditional network storage technology applications and limitations ; 2 , a detailed study based on the theory of SAN network storage technology research and application ; 3 , a detailed study of SAN network storage technology based on actual program application ; 4 to study the SAN infrastructure and program applications problem ; 5 studied in FC SAN and IP SAN applications, the differences and complementary relationship ;
