Machinery manufacturing industry as the core of the equipment manufacturing industry , because of their nature and their environment is facing many challenges, the need to strengthen the independent innovation , and enhance their own competitiveness . In this context , it is particularly important to build a good team . The cooperation between the outstanding qualities of the team that team members , interactive and collaborative development . How from the perspective of psychological contract to study the relationship between the team members of China 's machinery manufacturing industry , so as to establish an efficient , successful team , the development of China's machinery manufacturing industry has an important reference value . In this paper, the theory and literature , the proposed hypothesis . Through literature analysis , personal interviews, focus group discussion method of preparation of the questionnaire . After analysis of the reliability and validity of the selected China's machinery manufacturing industry employees empirical research , the content of the psychological contract in China 's machinery manufacturing industry team members , dimensions and types . The study showed that : the content of the psychological contract in China 's machinery manufacturing industry team members and other organizations is a different team responsibilities cover three dimensions - growth dimension , the environmental dimension and dimension members responsibility covers - growth dimensions , specifications dimension and working dimensions . The main types of performance : team high organizational responsibility - the responsibility of the team members . Finally, based on the research results , combined with the actual situation of China's machinery manufacturing industry team management analysis and discussion , and gives specific recommendations .
